A.J. "Hoppy" Thomas developed and delivered Project Management courses for clients such as: AT&T, University of Denver, Qwest, Korean Telephone Company, Colorado State University, and others. Over 90% of his students rate his courses as ones they’re glad to have taken with him. He is a member of the Project Management Institute since 1988 and received a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in 1991. Hoppy earned Avaya Communication Certifications in Project Management and Data/Voice Networking.

Hoppy has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Northeastern Oklahoma Sate University; Master of Business Administration, University of Arkansas; Master of Telecommunications, Denver University; Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.

Hoppy comes by his love and experience in project management honestly. Most recently he directly project managed a $4 Million installation for Avaya at a major Air Force base. In his 33 year corporate career, he managed direct teams of installation personnel, served as lead Senior Project Manager on numerous installation projects (valued in total at more than $225M), and served in a pre-sales project management role as an architect for projects valued in excess of over $200M.

Susan Kendall developed and delivered college level courses in Management, Marketing and Computer Science. A sampling of these courses include: Principles of Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Performance Appraisal, Human Resources Management, Compensation, Supervision, Personal Computing Applications, and Personal Finance. Students overwhelmingly rate Susan as one of their best instructors.

Susan graduated as an undergraduate from the Miami University with a double major; Public Administration and Political Science. Her Masters in Business Administration was awarded from the University of Phoenix, while she worked fulltime managing 20+ associates in a video engineering center.

Susan’s love of business leadership role and corporate strategy has been tested in theory and practice with over 22 years in hi-tech corporate America. Seventeen of those years were in sales leadership roles from small to multi-million dollar projects. Susan has served as a Baldrige trained quality evaluator, supervised strategic development and deployment of a multi-billion dollar market segment, and used the practical supervisory experience to develop and deploy fact-based decision-making and personnel appraisal processes.

Susan has Microsoft Office Specialist Certifications in Microsoft® Outlook®, Word and Excel. Susan is a certified Project Management Professional®.

Wade is a Project Manager with over twenty-three years of experience, including both project/program management leadership and the development and presentation of instruction that emphasizes Project Management processes.

Over his years with AT&T and Lucent Technologies, Wade managed telecommunications and information technologies (IT) multi-million dollar contracts with several Fortune 500 companies. Wade's process and educational focus includes instruction at the University of San Diego, and co-development of a website PM Process resource for Cisco Systems. Much of Wade's concentration on successful processes is connected with 15 years' association with Project Management Institute. He holds Masters Certificates in Project Management from George Washington University, and from the University of San Diego. He resides in San Diego, and enjoys backpacking over the Pacific Crest Trail.

Mike Brady, PMP

Mike is an Adjunct Faculty member with Northwestern Business College. He holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Also, he holds a Masters in Business Administration (major in finance) from Northwestern University (J.L. Kellogg).

Mike resides in Chicago.
