Terms of VisionOps Purchase
VisionOps is excited to have so many new products and services to offer. The web site shows products and services available today and coming attractions. For any not-quite-finished item, status is clearly indicated in the header and the description of the product. VisionOps can not accept orders for products not yet available.
For all other items VisionOps keeps a careful eye on inventory. VisionOps commits to its best effort in avoiding or stocking related delays. There are extenuating circumstances at times, and should such an instance occur, VisionOps commits to working with you personally to resolve the situation.
VisionOps' first choice is to have you receive full benefit of our products and services. We will work with you to resolve any deficit. If satisfactory arrangements can not be made the following applies.
Books - general public:If a book is returned, a refund of the cost of the book will be made, if the book is in original condition and invoice must accompany the return. Return must occur within 15 days from date of purchase. Prior authorization is recommended, but not required (303-475-4238 or order@visionops.com). No refunds are given after that time. All books are delivered via media rate ground transportation with delivery confirmation unless otherwise noted at checkout. Customer pays shipping in both directions and is responsible for guaranteeing return. Credit is not given for items lost in shipment. Customer must report shortages, damaged or defective product withing 15 days of the invoice date. The materials are copyrighted and all permissions are held by the author. There is no reproduction or other use of the material without explicit and expressed permission given by the copyright holder.

OnLine: If an OnLine course is returned, a refund of the OnLine Course cost will be made, if the OnLine course is in original condition. No refunds after that time. OnLine courses are delivered via media rate ground transportation with delivery confirmation unless otherwise noted at checkout. Customer pays shipping in both directions and is responsible for guaranteeing return. Credit is not given for items lost in shipment. Customer must report shortages, damaged or defective product withing 15 days of the invoice date. On-line courses must be completed within 120 days of purchase. OnLine students are granted 120 days use of student web materials and 120 days of instructor access. Online courses are sold to individual students as an individual user. There is no provision or support for any copying, sharing or otherwise adding users to this individual-student item. The materials are copyrighted and all permissions are held by the author. There is no reproduction or other use of the material without explicit and expressed permission given by the copyright holder.
In Person Seminars:If an In Person seminar is cancelled a refund will be made under the following conditions. If cancelled up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled date of the In Person seminar, a refund, less any incurred expenses, will be made. If cancelled after that point, 50% of the full course fee will be charged plus any incurred expense. Any and all student materials must be returned in original condition by the customer. If the In Person seminar has begun, no refunds will be made. All purchased In Person seminars will be held within 90 days. An invoice is provided upon the conclusion of the In Person seminar for any additional incurred expense. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, travel expense, additional students, or special rental equipment. The materials are copyrighted and all permissions are held by the author. There is no reproduction or other use of the material without explicit and expressed permission given by the copyright holder.
OnLine Testing:All sales of On-Line testing are final. Access will be granted to the product within 5 days of purchase and for the period specified. Example, if a user purchases 30 days of test access on April 1, the access will be made available no later than April 6. Access to the test will end no earlier than 30 days following. In this example, access would end May 6. The product is delivered to the purchaser's email id in the form of an email containing the appropriate security access coding. There is no hard copy delivery. It is incumbent upon the purchaser to ensure that a valid email address (for product delivery) is provided at time of purchase. Test materials are copyrighted and all permissions are held by the author. There is no reproduction, sharing, or other use of the material without explicit and expressed permission given by the copyright holder.
Quantity Discount: Select VisionOps products are eligible for quantity discounts. Any discount must be requested and authorized prior to order placement.
