This In-Person course is for up to and including 15 students who want to learn how to communicate effectively. It's not the big report or presentation that uses the most time and can cause the most havoc. It's the daily use of conversation, email, voice mail and more. This course ensure the student understand the basic process and then proceeds further teach how to communicate the message once - no ping pong communication matches! (Course includes an optional module on Communications Management from the PMBOK.) It's fun, entertaining, and enlightening. The course is instructor-lead by someone with an advanced degree and personal experience. It includes illustrations supported by extensive narration, practical assignments and role playing to make communication principles a practical application. All seminars are individually scheduled.
